Jason Strobel is a 4th generation Idaho Native.  The Strobels ran The Strobel Mill that was located off the Coeur’ d’ Alene River in Rose Lake Idaho.  After Jason graduated from high school he traveled for work but was drawn back to beautiful Idaho and started in the wonderful world of Heating and Cooling.  

 

When Jason first started in the HVAC trade he mainly worked in commercial doing big retro fits and new commercial buildings.  Jason was blessed with the birth of his first son in August of 2002 which lead him to a more local Coeur’ d’ Alene company doing more residential installs.  

 

After the marriage to Sarah in February of 2008 and the birth of their sons in July 2008 and November 2010; Jason continued his dedication to the HVAC trade within Coeur’ d’ Alene and Spokane surrounding areas.

 

In Spring of 2016 Jason went on to take his contractors license; passed with a 96% and started Strobel Custom Heating and Air in October 2016.  As the boys grew bigger the family chose to relocate from Rathdrum ID to the Harrison/St Maries area to bring a local heating and cooling company to the area as these where the same mountains the Strobels logged in years past.

 

Since the summer of 2017 Strobel Custom Heating and Air has been running service and installs out of our St. Maries location.  Our son Travis decided to complete the HVAC program offered by K-Tech in Rathdrum ID and currently working side by side with Jason everyday. 

 

Throughout 26 years Jason has worked in the heating and cooling industry; he has trained numerous apprentices which have graduated into journeymen.  Jason has a love for training, helping the community with many donated hours and equipment to retired vets and non-profit organizations so they can live and work in safe environments.
